Oh, she’s whining again…

Starting to feel like a failure now again. I start all extra motivated and then I have to stop… not because I want to, but because I have to (money issues, health issues, etc). It’s like I get to a new point, and then I fall back to the beginning again. I also now have an entirely new goal, I’m going to Canada in the fall as an exchange student  with the bf and I want to run through the snow and not be short of breath. I’m extra excited c: there’s a sports complex at the university and I’m absolutely sure it’s better than the one my uni has.

I’m not happy and I’m bored with life, from what I know, when someone’s feeling that way they need to change something. My weight is I what I want to change first and at the same time work on my confidence and be rid of this inferiority complex, and, in general, be happier.

I dunno, I just feel like I’m never going to lose the weight and I’ll forever be this big.

Does the headband method for curls…

Has anyone with naturally curly hair tried this method to make larger curls? I’d like to change up my hair without braids or buns (cause they never dry in time) or heat (because I workout and sweat a lot). I’m going to try anyway, but if anyone has tried… that’d be great to know.

watchhergo asked: No question, just wanted to suggest that if your wrists are hurting in downward dog, try putting the weight in your finger tips instead, so that your palms no longer touch the ground, just your fingers. It may hurt your hands the first week you attempt this, but it's far better to have sore hands than have injured wrists. =]

Yus ma’am lol, QQ I’m going to try this next time I do the video.

sarahbethyoga asked: If your wrists are sore then do child's pose instead. Try again when your wrists are healed and practice pressing your chest to your thighs (it's okay to bend the knees) and reach the hips high and back, as if you were trying to sit on the wall behind your. This will take a ton of pressure out of your wrists. I've got a video for Wrist pain that has some stretches and tips you should check out www(.)youtube(.)com/sarahbethshow

Mm! Tyvm QQ

So…

I’ve been having quite a few health issues lately, poor p90x has been on hold. Two weeks ago, I was sick with a cold that incapacitated me. Then the following week, finally ready to jump back in, I got an allergy at my grandmother’s that cause a bronchial spasm, even though I don’t have asthma. So for this past week I’ve been trying to get back to the videos and such, but now I’m having troubles breathing when I get into cardio, so I’ve just been doing resistance and low impact stuff.

This week though, I’m starting the videos again, I actually miss them :’c sweating everyday was really nice.

On the downside…. I HAVE AN INHALER DDD8
